Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am victim of marital abuse and I have been imposed with section IPC 303, 504, 406, 377, 509 by my wife. Now my wife is ready for compromise. Can compromise be accorded by Lok Adalat in the above sections?

Such can be made through the Court where the case is pending but the advocate should be competent to do so.
