Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I came through a video in whatsapp where three boys are seemingly raping a girl in a jungle in India. I know that sharing such mms is a crime in itself, however i have only received it and dont want to be prosecuted for that. But i want those guys to be punished for such rape, then filming it and publishing it online. What can i do?
