Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My name is Vijaykumar Mansukhbhai Dave, I have join company on 1st January 2015 as Asp.Net Project Trainee. During the period of Project Trainee with the company, I have submitted to their office original copies of the following documents:
1) SSC Marksheet
2) HSC Marksheet
3) BCA Marksheet (Semester :1st,2nd ATKT,2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th)
4) MCA Marksheet (Semester :1st,2nd,3rd)
I would like to request for the return of the said documents as soon as possible because due to my illness in March 2015 they allowed me to do project from home and after that I did inform them that I am not able to continue project due to illness and they are also agree with me and give me confirmation about return of documents within 2 to 3 month but up-till now they didn�t return my original documents. Even didn�t receive my call also. Now I am very needy of my documents. Due to failing in showing original documents I am not even got any stable job.

1) Hv u resigned and obtained relieving letter?
2) Then u can demand return of ur original certificates.
