Hello ,

i wanted to know if an employe has cheated company like booking false bussiness which money wont cum what company would claim or which case will company file?

if files then what are options for employe?

if it is not misappropriation of funds by employee, the case cannot be made out for the default of third party.

The employee should act honestly. If some wrong has been committed, wait for the consequences which can hardly be predicted. It may be better for the employee to confess his mistake, if any, before the employer and cleanse himself.
