Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I wanted to file cheating case under criminal so i wanted to know how many years will be the limitation to file case under 415 of IPC

In criminal case there is no limitation period no limitation for offences which carry punishment for more than 3 yrs.There is no limitation in cheating case but expected to file as soon the person discover cheating .
