Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Wat happen in a cheaque bounce case if the accused is not present at his resident and gone (out of station) at the time when the court send notice to him. And the notice sent back. Now the court will issue bailable warrant or repeat the notice.

yes the bailable warrants will be issued against the accused

Once a notice returned back is not sufficient as per law the court has to prove that the notice has been tried to service several time. Otherwise the the parties has also option.
