weather family suit for recovery of dower on the basis of an agreement?

Dower amount is paid as mentioned in the Nikahnama accordingly. If there is a seperate agreement then a seperate suit for recovery of money can be filed. However dower amount, belongings, dowry articles, maintainance and expenses of minors can also be recovered in one suit.
