Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Last week a cheque was presented in my account which returned due to insufficient funds, this cheque was not signed by me and the cheque book from which this cheque was presented was delivered to a third person in my office, i would like to know that can i ask for compensation from bank for this, as they are not allowed to hand over the cheque to anyone other than me or what can be the other course of action.

you may file a case against the bank.
