Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife and I have agreed for mutual divorce, but she is asking a huge compensation. If I deny to pay she threatens to file an FIR under sec 498a and 420 ( CSR already taken) againist me and my mother. My mother is yet to obtain her passport and I'm currently working aboard. Will this FIR cancel my mother's passport and my current job ? How it will effect my future prospects of job in India and aboard? Please help

Dear client if f i r registered under above mentioned sec then it will become difficult for yr mother to get passport and visa. So try to get immediate passport for her. If f i r registered then it will not affect on yr job. For any legal help call me
