Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi I am wife of a business man. My husband got trapped by a girl who have very bad family background. it is a long story of 5 years. since 2008. due to some problems going on between my husband and me, due to birth of two daughters , this girl hereafter named as xyz has utilised opportunity and planned a love story with my husband. she come from a very low class bad family with no social reputation as such. she promised my husband of giving birth of a son and shall hand over this illegal son to husband's family so that his problem with me also gets sorted.... out of this husband kept on supporting her and giving her all she would want to give birth to a child in appropriate circumstances. after birth of this son, xyz simply denied to hand over son to my husband and started blackmailing thereon... she started demanding for all luxury, more money, property rights and forcing my husband to leave me and marry her officially... my husband did not accept it and with a hope of getting son someday kept on listening and providing and doing everything xyz wants to be pleased and give son to my husband. ... after 4 years of all these harrasment now when my husband denied of giving anything to her and expresses that he wants to come out of this shit now to focus on two daughters that he has with me, xyz has started maligining reputation socially and forcing with all means to get money ..... xyz is badly using her son and on the name of this son wants to demand property as well.

Please guide me since now when my husband wish to come out of all this and take care of his family , daughters and me , circumstances becoming worst... please guide what shall we do to stop this blackmailing and all. he is no more wanting this son at all since xyz shall keep on clinging on to my husband on her son's behalf...

Please help us....

She is entitled to all the benefitis available to a wife. Your husband is guilty of adultery. However, she is not guilty of any offence. There is no black mailing in her demand which are legally justified. Your husband is the father of her child. He is also guilty of bigamy. You are a loser in the entire situation. If you have compassion for your husband, you should not pity that lady. Bring her home and allow her to live a 2nd wife.

this is very difficult to believe this, and if such had happened then why do u worry about him now? what's her wrong you see in this case? why did u waited for so long?
