Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife done a case on me in Mahila Help line and they contineously called me, I live in Noida UP and she has file case in Uttrakhan
she takes stand there she wants to go in My home but i dont want take come back in home .
Last 11 month she was in her parents home now she wants to come back in my home thru mahila helpline police.
She said to me either you have to 20 lcs or take me in home.
But i don't have faith on her she will not do or create any drama in my home.
She already eligated me i have illigle relation with my mother and my sister in law, she siad no body in my home is good including me as wel so why she want to came back.
So please advice what action i need to take for my bail so that me and my family aavoide the arresting.

has she filed a complaint under sec 498a against you and your family??it depends on what you want. If you want to let go of the relationship apply for divorce. for further query contact 9312411481
