wife filed 498A case but she is not residing in country for the last two years.whether husband can get this case quashed on this ground

This may not be the sole ground for quashing. Your counsel needs to examine the contents of FIR / complaint filed by your wife, and all subsequent proceedings for preparing quashing petition. Go ahead. Good luck.!
