Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife has filled a petition under sec 403&406 regarding interim relief to children
Plz advice me regarding the above sec of ipc 403 &406. Also about the case' as we have some problems but we are not divorced. Plz share about exp of this case.

she have filed an complaint under these sections and provisions provide the punishment of 2 yrs and 3 yrs respectively for misappropriation of property, if their is chances of converting the complaint into FIR than you ll have to file for anticipatory bail. consult a lawyer if chances of settlement are less... .....
