Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my wife leave my house with all the ornaments after 2 years 6 month of our marriage life with my 1years 6 months son on 7/7/14. i am a govt employee my gross salary is 51000/- now they are demanding 50000/- as maintenance under 125 IPC , my wife is MA and working as a teacher at private school , so my question is how much i have to pay as interim maintenance?
