Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife has made release deed in favor of her brother in good faith as he had agreed to pay her later verbally. Now as he is not responding can my wife cancell the release deed. Pls.advice.

send a legal notice to the brother asking him to make payment and if he fails the deed will be rescinded. You can also file a suit for declaration and claim injunction. for further query contact 9312411481.
