Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife is going to have second marriage without divorce from me.
i would like to give legal notice in local newspaper
saying that the girl is already married and yet divorce is pending in court
anyone who marry her will be prosecuted by law please marry at your own risk
its legal to give notice( or information)
to public through local news paper or not ?
please suggest me

You may give notice, but, law does not require it. Even if you do not give any such notice, it would still be lawful for you to take action against both, in accordance with law.
