Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my wife has won the case which entitled her maintenance u/s 125 crpc ....but the fact is ...she is staying away from me at her own will ......so i wanted to know that can i challenge that judgement on the ground of desertion ? if yes...what evidences i have to prove in the court ..??

You should had proved the same in abovesaid case, however you can challenge the Judgment but you need strong reasons and proof . In the present circumstances it appears difficult that you will succeed on desertion still you can send you case file for study so that I can say anything with surety.
