Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A woman neighbour has filed a false molestation case against me. Earlier I told her to keep the society gate closed but she would not listen and spat on me. There is no CCTV footage to prove molestation charges. Can I tell the court to give me bail free of cost, acquit me, arrest her for perjury and claim full refund of legal fees from the nasty woman? Will the court agree to my plea?

On the ladies done, spat, you can institute case, it is offence. On the case instituted against you can make application to grant bail but it may free of cost or not depends on law and pleading for which you may hire my legal services.
