Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I worked as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in a hospital in Bangalore and resigned on 1.12.2014 and inspite of many remainders they have not credited my Salary for the month of November 2014 as per their contractual obligation an amount of 3.5 lakhs. I wish to file a police complaint against the hospital management under sections 420 and 405 of the Crpc at the local PS.Please advice,

Dear client u cannot file complaint against management under this sec. But first issue legal notice through advocate to management and ask yr money. If management not provide money then file suit for recovering in civil court. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
