Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was worked in a shop contruction company as field boy. they give me a DD for Rs. 46k for bringing the electric item as given by the shop address. I bring the items and handover the DD two different places. after six days Police arrest because DD was forged. I told the police for another DD place that was also forged so two cases are against me. one is closed because on probation order. My question is can I get probation on next cases because both are related to same incident only places were different. Pls suggest. police could not treace/search of the person where/which person under i was worked U/S 420,467,468,471 120B
