Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

A wrote Veelunama in the name of I,J,K (who are daughters of A) in connection with some property. But I,J,K has registered the said property in the name of M,N, through registered sale deed, When A is remains alive. Then B &C who are legal heirs of A (sons of A) filed a criminal case against the IJK......In this connection a criminal case is maintainable against the The Sub-Registarer or not...... If it is maintainable...which sections are applicable please mention.

wether a case is made out or not will depend upon the documents of the matter. if there was a connivance and the registrar was involved he can be made an accused and sec 34 can be addedalong with relevant sections on IPC.
