Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In the year 2003 the wife filed a maintenance petition for herself and her minor daughter. Later she preferred to waive her claim and accordingly order was passed for allowance to her daughter only by the court. Now, can the wife directly file an application u/s- 127 CrPC claiming maintenance for herself due to change in circumstances?
