Legal Question in Education Law in India
i have completed my graduation from a recognised university which is in thamil nadu through a study centre in hyderabad.
actual amount for a provisional and convocation certificate is 580 rupees, but the study centre people are asking me to 9000/... and i already paid three year degree fee of sum rs.27000/- as said by them .......now harrasing me to pay more money which even i dont have that much amount.......pls help me what i have to do to get my convocation and provisional thankq sir have a good day
