i am Rajashekar .in karnataka

i want change name in sslc marks card .p u & degree everything name is Rajashekar.but sslc marks card name there in Rajashekhara.

please help how can change name

Dear Rajashekar,

The name as it appears on your Birth Certificate (as in the Municipal record) and the same name as it appears on your School Leaving Certificate is your correct name. So if your name as in the Birth Certificate reads as Rajashekar, you will have to apply through your school, to get your SSLC mark sheet amended by the concerned SSC Board, to read with your correct name Rajashekar as in your Birth Certificate. But if your name in the Birth Certificate itself is Rajashekhara and the same name appears in your SSLC, then the name in your P.U and Degree marksheet / certificate is incorrect and has to be amended.

A gazette notification with an advertisement in one English newspaper and one local vernacular newspaper is required to undergo name change corrections.
