Legal Question in Education Law in India
Dear sir, I am Sudip Basu. a
primary teacher by profession under west bengal govt. Education dept. in
west bengal, India. i am getting
the pay scale of 5200-25200
withh grade pay 2300. wheareas
in other state of India Primary
Teachers are getting the scale of
9300-34800 with grade pay
4200. I have all the qualification
like 50% marks in Higher
Secondery and a 2yrs. d.el ed
training..why this discrimination
in pay scale? what shall i do? Can i go for a court case demanding higher scale which i deserve? Pls help
