Legal Question in Education Law in India

Dear sir,

I want to know about what can I do in order to prevent the government aided science institutions in Bombay to merge with private coaching classes.

This trend, as noticed,has started since a year or two and institutions in the name of private coaching are costing about 2 lacs from parents plus the college fees separate. In my view ,it would be the worst form of corruption.

Further they make separate batches of bright and weak students and teach accordingly.

This is a clear injustice to the other students of the college since they are troubled and not given equal privileges.

Also other teachers of the college because of obvious jealousy doesn't teach well in normal college hours.

This clearly shows that you deserve to persue quality education in science only if you can spend lacs.

This would certainly lead to the ultimate demolition of the education system.people fear learning science just listening to the expenditure. It must be stopped. Can you please help me and suggest what can I do?

yes, you are right. Well, in order to bell the cat and curb the menace, one needs to shake the defective system. You may make a representation to the education minister, file a writ petition before the High court. need not engage a lawyer. Just write all the details with some example prevailing to your knowledge. In your opinion how best to prevent it must also be submitted.
