my d.o.b is 06/11/1994. But in all my certificates it is 06/11/1993 it is not possible to change my d.o.b in my educational certificates i had my d.o.b certificate issued with 06/11/1994. for my passport i need same d.o.b in all my certificates and d.o.b certificate how can i chamge my d.o.b as 06/11/1993 in my d.o.b certificate please help me as i am intrested in going abroad for higher studies i need passport. please help me.....

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your parents know your date of birth and your correct date of birth is the date appearing on your Birth Certificate i.e 06/11/1994. Presently, since you are 19 years old running 20, I do not quite feel the necessity for you to foolishly attempt to amend your date of birth just for the sake of rushing abroad for higher studies. You will get your Passport as only one documentary proof is required for your date of birth i.e either Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate.
