Option 1 - If you have date of birth certificate for 17 10 90, then you may just use this as a document for Birth Certificate and need not make any change in SSC / Inter / B Tech.

However:

Option 2 - if you want your date of birth as the same in your educational certificates, then you need to get all the certificates changed one by one. For that, you need to prepare an affidavit giving correct date of birth, get it attested by first class magistrate/SDM, submit it to the board or university as the case may be and then obtain the new certificate with correct date of birth.
