what is the law of colllege fee ? and can i gave the college fee any installment ?
which law applicable for that ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
College fees are governed by the rules and regulations of the College and not by any specific law. If the college permits payment of fees in installments, you can avail of the facility, else not.
