Legal Question in Education Law in India
i am a medical student suspended from the college in case of frod exam now i filed a case in hc against stay on this suspension order
but my exams will come nearly but there is no response from hc
is i am eligible for my semester exams

You may file an application for early hearing and seek favorable orders from the high court.

till you get any interim order or final order it is not possible, ask your lawyer, he will guide you.
