Legal Question in Education Law in India

i want to know how to rectify the minor spelling error in name of the candidate if school and board take no action about this nd if i go for a lawyer he only give affidavit nd also take no responsiblity. Dont no how to correcthis mistake. It really frustate me. These sarkari people dont want to word nd take no action. What i do know. I also want to know will these minor erroq in name result in rejection in govt job

Dear Sir / Madam,

You have failed first ... in not checking that your name has been correctly spelt when you received the marksheet / certificate from the school / Board and returned it back for correction at that very moment itself. The Court is in no way concerned with this matter. You will have to politely persuade the school Principal to give you the marksheet / Certificate with your name correctly spelt therein. A minor spelling error does not hamper your Government job or any private job prospects in any way.
