Legal Question in Education Law in India
RPSC online is the web portal for submitting the RAS exam fee and application form submission.While applying online,they have deducted payment twice from my bank account but did not accept my application form.Today is the last day of form submission and I have costed already three unaccepted transactios.This is not my problem only but of many students with same complaint on the nationalconsumer complaint forum.Please guide me what to do.They are not picking up any helpline phone no either?
