sir,
I was cleared my graduation in 2007,i lost my second year mark sheet,when i apply for duplicate it show fail in second year in one subject.but i have my final year marksheet which shows i am passing with first division.what i can do..

file an RTI to clarify the position. if they still show you as failed ask for reevaluation of the paper.
