Legal Question in Education Law in India

sir, with due repect i

want

to put before you my trouble. I

am a employee of

autonomous company following central

government rules. I got employed

here on diploma basis. During selection i was

studying b.tech. 2nd

year and have to leave that for sake of the job

but afterwards i

stated desire to complete my education

before my company so they

guided me to go on EOL. But whole year

cannot be granted EOL Hence i

used to juggle between job and studies. I had

also told my academic

superitendent about the fact that i was

working. In the meantime i

kept this doing but at last my attendence felt

short for which i was

asked to produce medical certificate which a

doctor gave me and

panickly i gave it to college. Later on i realized

my mistake since i

was working i the company for the time

period i was working. My query

is have i done a non cognizable offence, if i tell

the mistake to my

college then will the problem be solved. If

college revokes my degree

can anyone else complain about my mistake

to the court and court may

take cognizance even after my degree is

revoked.can my degree be saved?. With this revoked

degree record will i be able to apply in some

other govt.. Job . Plz
