sir i have less money and i want to file PLI against the HTET because computer HTET is only for the regular students. where is coorespondance students will go /what is the fault of corespondance students

what is the fee difference between the two category.if the fees for both is the same you have a case if not then on what grounds can you claim equality. Its like you pay Rs 5 for a cup of tea buit want to have a room service .for the same price.
