Legal Question in Education Law in India
I am student of CMJ UNIVERSITY ,BCA, final year examination appeared .Now due to some irragulation of university, i came to know that all degree will be recall.All official were arrested .Is it possible to recall all degree ?Will i get final year certificate ? CMJ University is UGC recognized

Dear Sir / Madam,
Degrees already issued cannot be recalled by the University. It is a false rumour and you need not worry about it.
