Legal Question in Education Law in India
I'm a student of engineering college which is affiliated to kurukshetra university.
I want to know what legal action I can take against college if they're not providing education & facilities which they advertised ?
Engineering college is supposed to teach students first and then provide them enough support and facilities to perform practicals after theoritical knowledge. But here, you won't believe teachers even don't know how to pronounce words correctly.
They appoint teacher who're not qualified. How can a b.tech failed student teach b.tech students ?
But this is happening in my college.
My key points are :
*B.Tech failed students teaching b.tech students.
*No practical knowledge, which is supposed to be very very necessary for b.tech students. (teachers even don't know how to operate a few available machines)
*shortage of experimental apparatus & machines.
*No internet (I Don't know how a technical campus can survive without it).
*Even inspectors from universities don't detect any of these (I guess they take bribe every time they inspect college.)
*Despite of all these they force students to submit fees of each semester before.
Please help me and hundreds other.
Tell me what steps can be taken against such college.
Thank you.
