This name is printed in all my educational certificates and documents.
I want to use a new name.
How do I change into a new name ?

Prepare an affidavit on RS 10 stamp paper. In that affidavit
express your old and new name. Get the affidavit attested from
Executive Magistrate or SDM of your area where you live. No fee for
Attestation. Newspaper publication depends upon the state you live in.
