Legal Question in Education Law in Philippines
will i get sued if i will not pay the remaining balance in my (2nd)old school? i mean. i did not finish the whole semester i left right after the preliminary examination and never showed up. and then i stopped going to school and tried to work instead.. two years later i went back and ask them if i could still enroll and they said that i they had receive any transcript of records from my other (1st)previous school and i still have to pay the remaining balance of the whole semester to enroll back. then i just had an idea. what if i will not pay the balance and just get the transcript from the (1st)previous school and go enroll to a different school instead....? sorry about my english :3

They can sue you for your obligations. But its up to them to waste some money for collecting a bad debt.
