Legal Question in Elder Law in Pakistan

Can a father who is 74 years old and isnt in his senses and may have dimentia - disinherit or aak his child from their ancestoral property and business of grandfather in shariat law ,especially when his child has spent his entire life managing grandfathers properties.
Also at time of death granfather did not make a will to give property to his son therefore son with other vsiblings divided property amongst themselves through arbitration.
