Legal Question in Entertainment Law in India

I am from Gujarat. I want to start a tv program production company. I don't have any employ. I am handling every department and not providing any service to anyone. I will license tv channel to broadcast my program. so other than income tax which tax i have to register and pay(example - service, vat, cst, tds, professional or any other )

If you are freelancer, where you create your own product and stuff, and if you are selling it to some one else, then it is your personal income, and you do not need to pay any other tax.
