Legal Question in Entertainment Law in India

My question is that
i made a song cover
which already exist with copyrights
and i took the same music which was in that song which i copied
and i am not launching that cover song i am just uploading it on youtube and i am giving the full creadit to that person singer/rapper
and i am just doing it only for entertainment perpose
not for any commercial use
just for promotion and for non profit
so all i wanna ask is
will that person who owed it has the right to file a case against that song ...?
Pls reply me i am in a big truble
