what is 398a what should a say as a witness

28 july is date fixed for witness. i am from Girl side.

it is not 398a rather it is 498a. it is an offence with regard to marriage and cruelty in relation to dowry etc.....28th july is fixed for what purpose. your evidence or appearance of the accused. where r u located?
