13B HM Act Passed, So To Marry Again By Legal by civil marriage, if i dnt want HM Act,Can I Go For Special Marriage Act, even if we both are hindhus, Does any 1 question abt religion in SPM Act.. an my decree papers will be HM act, . i dont want to marry under a any rituals ceremony, so does SPM Act applies for both hindhus, if i dont want HM act. an after hw many days i can get marry, after 13b Mutual constent passes.

two hindus cannot marry under SPA act.
