I am 14 and is there anything I can do to break all my ties to my mother ??

but why. Anyway, you may go through Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act 1956, if you are a hindu. Till the age of 18 years, you will remain a minor and said law applies to you. Under said law, father is the natural guardian of the minor child. Mother comes after the father. If your father agrees, then you may live separately from your mother. You can also claim maintenance from your parents under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
