1. My child custody case under (THE GUARDIANS AND WARDS ACT, 1890) was disposed by my non appearance in the court 3 years back.

2. Can I file a fresh case in (HINDU MINORITY AND GUARDIANSHIP ACT, 1956?)

3. Can I apply for a joint custody of my 8 years daughter?

4. I am a Hindu my X wife was a Muslim do I have a chance of getting custody on basis of religion
