Legal Question in Family Law in India

we are 3 children to my father, he left a piece of land for us. I leave away from my home so is it legally possible that my 2 brothers part the land in my absence/knowledge and sell the same leaving behind my share. As they have done so, what should I do now.?

In order to sell the two brothers will have to

First divide the land in 3 parts then alone can sell
