1. In a dissolution of Marriage Suit, can plaintiff's lawyer ask her husband (through Special Power of Attorney) to become the attorney of the plaintiff?
2. Can a govt. lawyer of High Court become an attorney to his wife's client?

your question is not clear..anyone can be appointed as attorney but in family matters its good to appoint some one from your family especially the father or brother..
Govt lawyer can not b engaged as lawyer from private party
