I am 95% sure that my husband wants divorce.

But I want to live with him.

should I file RCR as I have already filed complaint in CAW cell and crpc 125 in court?

Can I file DV and 498a after filing RCR?

My husband had refused to stay with me in CAW cell. Counselling has been failed there. Can I refuse to divorce my husband in CAW cell? What will be there next step?
