1. if my husband has filed a divorce petition and in future when i agree for divorce, is alimony & divorce settled together or is divorce settled before alimony settlement?
2. once i apply for alimony , can i go for 2nd marriage before alimony settlement?
3. in India, how long does it practically take to settle alimony?

Dear client if u both r ready for divorce and husband is ready to give alimony then file mutual divorce and u will get divorce in six months. Without divorce if married again then u will punish for bigamy
